Registration and Setup: Starting play at Mansion Casino takes less time than walking through the door of a brick-and-mortar casino and dropping a coin into the first slot machine you see. And we're talking about walking from one side of the door to the other, not parking the car, hiking to the brick-and-mortar casino and then, finally, walking through the door. Mansion's registration form has as few screens and lines as you'll find anywhere and is presented in a quick-and-easy-to-fill-out, user-friendly way.

Total Registration/Setup Time: Depending on the speed of your internet connection, downloading basic software and registering should take about three or four minutes. Players with limited patience will especially appreciate Mansion's 60 instant slot, arcade, table, video poker and jackpot games. With the progressive payout on one of the jackpots almost $200,000 the last time I visited, Mansion Casino offers some of the biggest and best instant-game jackpots in the business.

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo.

Other Forms of Deposit: Bank Transfer, NETeller, Moneybookers, EcoCard, UKash, InstaDebit , Visa Electron, Visa Delta, check/bank draft/international money order, Inter-Account Transfer.

Games Offered: Mansion Casino doesn't have something for everyone, it's only because that particular "someone" isn't a gambler. In addition to the delightful, fast-action instant games mentioned above, there's a main gaming room with about 50 card and table games, 60 slots, 25 progressives,12 video pokers and 20 arcade games. There's even a Pachinko game. Now seriously, how often do you get to play Pachinko for money without getting on an airplane and flying to Japan? But the main room offers only a fraction of the total action available here. Mansion Casino's four virtual walls also contain a huge, high-energy poker room and an international sports book for effortless wagering on almost every notable event on the planet.

Games I Played: As noted in the "registration and setup section," Mansion Casino's instant-game progressives have unusually high jackpots. So I wasn't surprised to discover their main room progressive slots had a total possible payout of over two million bucks the last time I was there. Of the progressives, my favorite is Megaball, which uses a draw of six balls in three colors to create eight different betting strategies. (Helpful tips on each of the strategies are, thankfully, available with a single mouse click.) One of the unique features of this fascinating, makes-you-think game is a countdown clock that shows you how long you have to consider your bets before the next draw. Another unusual game that I really enjoyed was Rollercoaster Dice, where you get to guess whether the next throw will be over, under or equal to the last. If you're a person who likes to let your bets ride, you'll love Rollercoaster Dice -- it allows you to try and make up to 11 "passes" with ever increasing payout rates. I also enjoyed Blackjack Switch, a variant on "21" I hadn't encountered before. The neat thing about this game -- and it is very neat -- is that you play two hands with an option to switch the two up cards before taking a hit. Say one of your hands is an ace down and a three up and the other is an eight down and a queen up. By switching the top cards -- the three and the queen -- you go from one hand that's either a 4 or 14 and one that's an 18 to one that's a blackjack and one that's an 11, the very best number to draw to and double down on. And, finally, I went to the poker room and played some Hold 'Em. (I always go to the poker room and play some Hold 'Em. Sometimes I even win, as I did at Mansion Casino.

Bonus and Incentive Programs: Mansion Casino's new-member bonuses are extremely generous in both the main room and the poker room, with newbies getting a 100 percent first-deposit bonus up to $300 and a second-deposit bonus of up to $200 calculated at 50 percent. Other periodic promotions include the chance to win tickets to sporting events, free cash payout drawings for certain games played at specific times and what, to me, is one of the most generous bonus point award programs in cyberspace. What makes it so generous? For one thing, points accumulate pretty quickly. More important, comp points can be cashed out in units of 1000 -- many online casinos only redeem comp points for plays.

Customer Service/Tech Support Experience: Mansion Casino's 24/7/365 trifecta tech-support options include live chat, e-mail, and toll-free telephone lines for North America, the UK and most of Europe. I selected the toll-free option and had my query answered quickly and completely.

Final Thoughts: The phrase "it's all good" could have been written with Mansion Casino in mind. All the hundreds of games in the combined casino/poker room/sports book look and run great and specific help, information and instructions about each proposition are never more than a single click away. One very unusual item of note -- inter-account transfer -- is kind of hidden away up in the "deposits" section. What this means is that one player can loan (or give, for that matter) another player a "grubstake" from his balance with the cashier. If you've ever played poker sitting around a real table you've probably seen this happen between buddies many times -- being able to do it in cyberspace is a new and very good thing. Speaking of which, other good things include a full range of audio/video/play speed customization options, support for 14 currencies including U.S. dollars, private table and low-buy-in poker tournaments, multi-table play, and a truly lavish palate of sports betting event and handicapping options.
